Materials Consulting Services, Inc. (MCS) provides quality assurance, quality control services to the oil, gas, petro-chemical & pipeline segments of the petroleum industry. Depending on the complexity of the equipment MCS can determine witness, hold-points or monitor all phases of the manufacturing and inspection processes. Our inspectors and consultants have experience in project management, quality surveys, procedure writing, manufacturing, machining, NDT, training and industry codes such as API, ISO, ASNT, ASTM, ANSI, ASME and NACE. Materials evaluated include, but are not limited to: tubular goods, valves, wellhead equipment, drill stem, downhole accessories, completion equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, vessels, compressors, electrical equipment & controls, internal & external plastic coatings and paints.
